We stayed near the beach and pier, walked everywhere. Room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Staff was helpful and polite. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants, which were excellent. We had a great time playing shuffleboard and relaxing by the pool. Good value for money.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear our noisy neighbors at night.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel had a beautiful pool area with plenty of seating. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets.
The rooms were not well cleaned, with dirty carpets and stained toilets. Housekeeping did not properly change the sheets when requested.

The owner and staff were such nice people, you would think you met them before and were coming down to see them. The convenience of having equipped kitchens and table space with rooms that adjoined were just perfect. The pool was luxurious and we were able to swim during the day and at night.
Could use a little more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool area is luxurious, perfect for both daytime and evening swims.
Some noise from outside the rooms can be heard, which may be a concern for lighter sleepers.

Despite the inconvenience, the Carriage House Resort was understanding and did not charge me for those extra nights. They showed flexibility and provided excellent customer service.
